Truly Funny:
Our family has many large humans, mostly men, whose size has drawn some funny lines over the years. One favorite was the clothing salesman who greeted my 6’ 5”, nearly 300-pound brother, Miller, with, “Gosh, I’ve never seen a bear stand on his hind legs this long.”
But my all-time favorite came in response to a trite question put to my 6’ 7” friend, Jim. Asked by a stranger, “Did you play basketball?” Jim looked down and said, “No, I did not. Did you play miniature golf?”
